Francine was born in Hong Kong and as you can see, there is an interesting racial mix there of Chinese and Filipino. When she was just a few months old the family moved to the Philippines and in 1983 the family moved to California. Francine attended Catholic schools throughout her early years and she suggests that helped her develop a rebellious streak that ultimately led her into glamour modeling. She started with calendar work and gradually moved into posters and straight glamour work. While she was modeling Francine was also attending college but modeling became more and more attractive and now she is known throughout California - and right across America - for her photo shoots that also involve imported cars. What there might be in her future is a little unclear but with a business degree behind her it's certain that her future will be bright.
